Return Policy

Items can be returned for store credit as we do not offer cash refunds.
Returns must be requested within 5 days of shipment, and items must be received within 12 days of shipment date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please include order number on shipment.

We recognize that returns are important to our clients. However, where we determine in our sole discretion that a client is returning an unreasonable number of purchases, we may restrict or refuse that client’s access to State Street Jewelry & Loan
